What’s the role?

Reporting to the Senior Growth Marketing Manager, the Growth Marketing Manager of Paid Social will oversee campaigns across paid social channels, leverage data and testing to optimize performance, and work cross-functionally with the creative and data teams to support channel growth. This role will be responsible for day-to-day campaign management in Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, and emerging digital marketing channels.

In this role, you will…

  • Own key performance marketing campaigns and execution of paid social budget
  • Monitor performance metrics and campaign budget tracking, ensuring actionable insights are shared and coordinated into the team's workflow
  • Dig into performance data to understand the “why” behind performance and identify follow-up opportunities and tests to improve outcomes
  • Be an integral and early member of a fast-growing team—this is a unique opportunity for a digital marketer to scale their impact
  • Collaborate with our internal creative and content teams to develop and launch customer-centric creative tests across a variety of formats

In terms of qualifications, we’re seeking:

  • 4+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, with an emphasis on paid social
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills - ability to synthesize learnings and recommend actionable insights
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Collaborative attitude and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with data analytics and visualization platforms such as Tableau, Google Analytics, or Looker
  • A creative-minded person with a strong interest in developing a cohesive brand presence across marketing touchpoints

We are considering candidates with differing levels of expertise for this position. Leveling will be based upon your experience and performance in the interview process.

Where a new hire falls within a range will be based on their individual skills and experience, and how these competencies compare across other employees in the same role. Bilt's bands are designed to allow for individual compensation growth within the role. As such, new hires typically start at the lower end of the range. Bilt rewards performance and outcomes - should you join the company, you will have the opportunity to grow your salary over time.

The salary range for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager, Paid Social is $120,000 - 145,000 and will be eligible for equity and an annual performance-based bonus.
