Responsibilities:
- Lead Flex’s Consumer Rent Payment experience, which will include Pay Later, Pay Now and Managed Autopay
- Lead Flex’s Consumer Bill Credit Reporting experience
- Lead Flex’s Consumer multi-bill experience
- Lead the Consumer Compliance efforts from Product side
- Lead strategy for improving consumer engagement
Minimum Qualifications:
- 10+ years of PM experience building and shipping high-quality products
- Experienced PM manager with a track record of growing and nurturing high-performing teams
- Ability to mentor and coach Product managers
- Analytical chops with the focus on data-driven decisions
- Rigorous but methodical prioritization ability to keep up with Flex’s fast paced work environment
- Demonstrated aptitude for getting things done to make your product and team successful – wearing several different hats when necessary
- Passion for financial products and improving people’s financial lives
- Motivation to be a self-starter
The national pay range for this role is $200,000-$250,000. Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience aligned with Flex's internal leveling guidelines and benchmarks.
