Flex enables our users to pay rent throughout the month on a schedule that better fits their finances and budget. Our mission is to empower as many renters as possible with flexibility over their most significant recurring expense. After deliberately keeping a stealth profile as we built up unprecedented investor support and an enthusiastic user base, we are looking for motivated individuals to help us keep our mission growing. Will you be a part of the team?

    • Collaborate with internal teams to develop email campaigns and other marketing strategies that drive engagement and conversion.
    • Work with key stakeholders to generate creative ideas, build creatives, and run them through compliance and legal review.
    • Continuously A/B test creatives and segment audiences to maximize conversions based on performance data.
  • Support Partnership Management:
    • Assist in establishing and maintaining partnerships with high-potential service providers to offer their products through the Flex leads platform.
    • Collaborate with project managers, product managers, engineers, and data scientists to ensure seamless integration and execution of marketing strategies.
    • Conduct market assessments and partner analysis to optimize marketing approaches and partnership strategies.
  • Targeted Marketing and Optimization:
    • Utilize CRM systems to structure and execute targeted marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with Flex’s overall marketing strategy.
    • Assist in implementing data-driven marketing strategies to expand reach beyond email, including paid marketing initiatives.
    • Collaborate with Data Science to leverage data and campaign results to help build more effective targeting.
    • Continuously monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, adjusting strategies to optimize long-term business value.
  • Risk Mitigation and Performance Measurement:
    • Assist in identifying and mitigating risks related to user adoption, partnership dependencies, and potential cannibalization of core platform products.
    • Support building robust analytics and performance measurement systems to monitor the impact of marketing strategies on both the leads platform and core product conversion.
    • Collaborate with the compliance team to ensure compliance with rules and regulations regarding verbiage and creatives.
    • Utilize performance statistics and A/B test results to continuously improve outcomes.

What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 6+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, preferably within a SaaS or property management context.
  • Demonstrated ability to support the development and execution of successful marketing strategies that drive growth and engagement.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
