Overview:

As a Growth Marketing Manager at Flex, you will be pivotal in driving, implementing, and analyzing our Direct to Consumer CRM Channel strategy. This unique opportunity allows you to tailor and enhance our marketing program, making a tangible impact on our growth and success.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute experimentation strategies to optimize marketing campaigns.
  • Drive creative development, campaign implementation, analysis, and executive-level reporting.
  • Analyze data to understand performance and pivot strategies accordingly to improve conversion rates.
  • Drive measurable results through detailed, data-driven marketing initiatives.
  • Partner with sales teams to align marketing strategies and execute campaigns effectively.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, sales, product, and creative, to achieve marketing goals.
  • Maintain awareness of data flows within marketing to ensure seamless execution and reporting.

Requirements:

  • Experience with building campaigns, HTML, A/B Testing, CRM tools, and marketing analytics.
  • Proven track record in email marketing; SMS and Push notifications are a plus.
  • Strong project management skills with experience in influencing and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with common marketing technologies, API integrations, and platforms such as Iterable, HubSpot, Twilio, Figma and Amplitude.
  • Ability to execute marketing strategies in partnership with sales, product, product marketing, and analytics teams.
  • High attention to detail and keen eye for identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Passionate about growth marketing, creative, analytics, and constantly testing variables to enhance conversion rates.

Compensation:

The national pay range for this role is $115,000-$132,000. Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate’s experience, aligned with Flex’s internal leveling guidelines and benchmarks.

This is a hybrid role based in New York City (3x/week in-office)
