Overview:

The Revenue Operations team works across the Sales Enablement organization to establish, manage, and continuously optimize scalable processes that drive the long-term growth of Measurabl. We are seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to join our team and help us achieve our ambitious sales targets. The ideal candidate will be a data-driven thinker who is well-versed in sales operations and Salesforce. The sales operations aspect of this role is responsible for assisting in the management of our sales processes and data to optimize business performance.

The Salesforce portion of the role is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and optimal functionality with Salesforce and CPQ. Additionally, familiarity with NetSuite will be leveraged to provide support and integration between Salesforce and NetSuite. This person will ensure the effectiveness and resiliency of these systems by employing operational best practices and high levels of collaboration with other business, technology, and security teams.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

The essential functions and responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to, the following. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Communication:

  • Maintain weekly, quarterly, and annual revenue reporting needs
  • Manage Renewal and New Business pipelines weekly to improve predictability, accountability, and accuracy
  • Manage customer health metrics including development through data collection (NPS, CSAT, user metrics)

System Optimization and Continuous Improvement:

  • Accountable for accurate data in corporate systems. Verify accuracy of user-input data (i.e., quality control for closed opportunities and order activation)
  • Manage and maintain our sales systems and tools, including our CRM and sales automation tools. Collaborate with IT and Operations to continuously improve system architecture and remove bottlenecks
  • Serve as the primary business representative to advocate for improvements to the CRM (Salesforce)
  • Assist in and implement sales operations strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives
  • Assist in managing and optimizing our sales processes, including lead generation, qualification, and conversion
  • Assist the Sales Operations Manager in identifying areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase sales efficiency and effectiveness
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis on sales performance to the Sales Leadership
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and customer success, to ensure alignment and drive business growth
  • Develop and manage sales forecasting and pipeline management processes

System Integration:

  • Monitor, maintain, and support the data integration between Salesforce and NetSuite, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability between the two systems
  • Enforce governance practice in change management and data integrity to ensure data integrity and accuracy within Salesforce, CPQ, and NetSuite
  • Partner internally and externally to integrate Salesforce with adjacent business applications (eg. NetSuite ERP, Hubspot, etc.)
  • Troubleshoot integration issues and work closely with the IT team or third-party vendors if necessary
  • Support other integrations into Salesforce and CPQ as needed

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations or a related field
  • Strong Salesforce administration experience
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting
  • Knowledge of sustainability or environmental management is a plus
  • Salesforce and/or CPQ certifications are preferred
  • Experience with financial ERP systems (e.g. NetSuite) is preferred
  • Experience in SaaS and/or commercial real estate industries is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally to achieve business goals
  • A combination of professional or educational experience (whether formal or informal) that affords you with the knowledge, skills, and abilities above

Compensation Range:

  • $60,000 to $80,000 + DOE
