Overview:

Reporting directly to the Director, Data Services, the Data Collection Manager assists Measurabl Customers with building portfolios and ESG data collection as well as associated data quality management. Using direct outreach to property managers and billing providers as well as indirect tenant collection and liaising with 3rd party ESG consulting and collection agencies, the Data Collection Manager handles all necessary tasks to ensure full data sets. Data Collection Assist is a key and fast-growing part of what Measurabl offers its customers. The Data Collection Manager works directly with customers, and on their behalf engages with their internal and external stakeholders. Being comfortable with large complicated data sets and enjoying the challenge of manipulating data so customers can focus on other initiatives is what makes you thrive in this role. This highly collaborative role will work across the organization, including Advisory Services, Sales, Product Development and Customer Success.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

The essential functions and responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to, the following. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
  • Be the main point of contact for data collection and assist customers as they gather and collect ESG data for monitoring, reporting and action planning purposes

  • Collaborate with portfolio owners as well as property managers to collect ESG data

  • Quality assure data in preparation of ESG reporting, for example GRESB and CDP

  • Support customers through regular ESG data quality and completeness reviews, analyses, and reports

  • Provide regular metrics, reports and statistics to show data integrity and progress.

  • Maintain high-quality customer relationships

  • Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with the company's values

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of Data Collection Services

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • The ideal location of this person will be on the East Coast

  • Minimum of 1-3 years of related experience. Experience in a customer-facing role in business, consulting or real estate

  • Knowledge of ESG initiatives such as CDP, GRESB, GRI, TCFD, CDSB, Science-Based Targets is desirable

  • Experience with commercial buildings is desired

  • Ability to be flexible across multiple time zones is essential

Supervisory Responsibility:
  • This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

Compensation Range:

  • $64,136 to $83,124 + DOE
