About the role

This CloudOps Engineer role will significantly impact shaping the future of our growing infrastructure and processes. You will collaborate closely with our engineering, product, and operations teams to improve the reliability and performance of our platform.


  • Design, implement, and maintain the company’s cloud-based infrastructure in AWS.
  • Support, grow, and improve the CI/CD pipelines for our software products.
  • Build and maintain automated deployment scripts and systems.
  • Monitor and optimize the performance and availability of our systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure infrastructure meets the needs of the product roadmap.
  • Work with the security team to ensure compliance with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in our systems and processes and implement solutions.
  • Document processes and systems to ensure knowledge transfer and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement monitoring and alerting systems to identify and address performance bottlenecks and system failures.
  • Participate in on-call rotations to provide timely resolution of production incidents and maintain high availability of services.
  • Assist in capacity planning and forecasting to ensure our infrastructure can scale to meet growing demand.


  • 3+ years of experience in a Cloud Engineering, DevOps, or Operations role.
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing platforms (such as AWS, GCP, or Azure) and infrastructure-as-code tools (such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM templates).
  • Proficiency in Git, shell scripting, and CI/CD automation.
  • Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as CloudWatch.
  • Experience with error reporting aggregation tools such as Rollbar or Sentry.
  • Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes or Amazon ECS.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience working in growth-stage technology companies.
  • Knowledge of database administration, optimization, and replication strategies.
  • Familiarity with security best practices, network security, access controls, and encryption.
