The Opportunity

Unacast is seeking a Front Line Support / Technical Troubleshooting Specialist who is a driven self-starter with a passion for problem-solving and customer satisfaction. The successful candidate should be able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and must be singularly driven by results.

What You Will Do

  • Provide technical support to customers, responding to support tickets promptly and efficiently.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Unacast’s location data and analytics products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product and engineering, to address customer feedback and technical challenges.
  • Create and maintain detailed support documentation and troubleshooting guides.
  • Stay informed about product updates and industry trends to provide accurate and up-to-date support.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering timely and effective solutions to technical problems.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years of experience in a technical support role, ideally focused on software, data, or analytics products. Experience with location intelligence/geospatial data is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Team-oriented and customer-focused, with a dedication to providing exceptional support.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Process-driven with strong attention to detail.

This a remote position that may require occasional travel. Preference for candidates who reside in the following states: CT, DC, FL, GA, IA, IL, IN, MD, MI, NJ, NY, NC, PA, SC, TX, VA, WV

We offer competitive salaries and benefits and unlimited PTO. The typical base salary range for this role is $55,000 to $65,000. Ranges are based on various factors including the labor market, job type, job level, internal equity and budget. Exact salary offers will be determined by factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location
